Cancellation Policy
An appointment is a dedicated time reserved just for you. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows me to offer that appointment time to someone else who may need it. You will be responsible for 50% of the full fee if you do not cancel or notify me within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. I understand that unexpected situations can arise, so exceptions will always be made for illnesses or emergencies. Thank you for your understanding.
