Cultivating the Mind - A Mindful Practice
A Practical Introduction to Mindfulness
REGISTER HERE
Just as we prepare the soil before planting seeds, we can prepare the mind and body for meditation.
This weekly 30-minute mindfulness class offers a practical and experiential way to cultivate greater awareness, presence, calm, and inner balance. Each week, we’ll explore a different mindfulness technique or approach through brief instruction, guided practice, reflection, and interactive discussion.
The focus is simple: learn it, experience it, and discover how it can support you in everyday life.
Whether you are new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this is an opportunity to pause, reconnect, and gently cultivate the conditions for personal and spiritual growth—wherever you are on your journey.
