If you commit to a single mindful exercise every day you will experience a different sense of being. Taking one day at a time, one moment at a time, step into our Mindful Meeting Place every Wednesday and feel the difference. Just as one prepares the soil for planting seeds, one needs to prepare the mind and body for meditation. This course does just that.
